Commercial Façade Improvement Program
The Small Business Commercial Facade Rebate Program is a offered by LISC Indianapolis and provides matching grants to commercial property owners willing to renovate the street-front exteriors of their structures. These improvements could include new signage, windows, painting, and/or structural or design changes. The program funds up to 50% of total project costs, up to $25,000.
